When will my order to arrive?

Our order processing time is 1-3 working days, while local shipment will take 1-3 days based on order size.

Local order below $60 will be shipped via Singpost snail mail and posting will typically take 1-3 business days to arrive.

Local order above $60 will be shipped via door to door courier, delivery will typically takes 1-2 days.

International order delivery time varies, please check here for our International Shipping Policies.
How much is shipping cost?

Free shipping is included with every order.

For local order under $60 will be sent via SingPost letter box, for order above $60 will be sent via door-to-door courier.
Can you include a personalised message in my card?

Yes! We'll handwrite your personal message and mail your card directly to your recipient at no extra cost! Simply include:

  • Your message in the Order Note
  • Double check for typo in your message as we repeat what you type letter by letter
  • The recipient's complete shipping address

That's all we need to take care of everything for you!
Can I cancel my order if I changed my mind?

Yes, we accept cancellation within 3 hours after order confirmation. You can inform us via the Chat function on our website should you want to cancel the order you just made.
Can I return or exchange an item?

You may return an item within seven days of receiving your order. Please contact us for instructions on returning the item. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. 

The returned item must be in suitable re-sale condition. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been us.

Do NOT send a return request via social media platform, DM over social media platform are NOT actively managed.
Do you have a physical store?

While we do not have any physical stores as of now, we are working with brick and mortar to be our stockist. Stay tuned for our new Stockist update!

Do you ship internationally?
